Eight From Men's Volleyball Among CVC Academic All-Conference Award Winners


ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. — The Elizabethtown College men’s volleyball team placed eight players on the 2022 Continental Volleyball Conference (CVC) All-Academic Team. A total of 64 student-athletes from the conference were named All-Academic. Members of the CVC All-Academic Team must have maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or above to receive the honor.

Representing Elizabethtown is junior Dan Barckholtz, junior Tony Camillo, junior Blake Hildebrand, sophomore Dylan Holland, junior Cameron Krebs, freshman Kyle McKiernan, freshman Ben Robbins, and junior Steve Swain.

Camillo, Krebs, and Swain each earned the honor for a third time, while Barckholtz, Hildebrand, and Holland collected the accolade for the second consecutive year. 

Etown’s eight selections was fourth-most out of the CVC schools. Marymount University had 14 total, Juniata College had 11, and Southern Virginia University had nine.
