SEATTLE – The University of Washington Beach Volleyball team is on the hunt for their first Beach Volleyball Pac-12 Championship title starting Wednesday in Tempe, Arizona. The Beach Dawgs enter the tournament as the number 5 seed for the second straight year, which is the highest Pac-12 tournament seed in program history. The Washington Huskies will take on (4) University of California at 1:35 pm on Wednesday.

The Huskies and Bears have split the season series 1-1 so far. The Huskies opened the season series with a win against the Bears at home 3-2 on April 6th. The Bears responded with a 4-1 victory in California last weekend. This tournament also gives the Huskies the chance to punch their ticket to the NCAA Championship tournament, which will be held in May.

The entire Pac-12 tournament will be broadcast on the Pac-12 Network from Wednesday-Friday. Information regarding the championship can be found at the 2024 Pac-12 Championship Tournament Central webpage.

After the conclusion of the conference championship, make sure to tune into the 2024 NCAA Beach Volleyball Championship selection show on April 28th at 8 a.m. PST on ncaa.com to see if the Beach Dawgs are selected for the NCAA Championship.
