DAR KULAIB CLINCH BAHRAIN CROWN PRINCE CUP FOR 4TH SUCCESSIVE YEAR

Isa bin Rashid’s League Champions Dar Kulaib secured the Crown Prince Cup for the fourth successive year and fifth overall after defeating Al Ahli 3-1 in the final to capture the title at the Isa Bin Rashid Volleyball Complex at BVA Headquarters in Riffa on May 2, 2023.

His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa attended the final on behalf of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.  Bahrain Olympic Committee Vice President His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa and His Highness Shaikh Ali bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, President of Bahrain Volleyball Association, and other senior BVA members and sponsors also witnessed the final. 

Dar Kulaib won the hard-fought first set 25-23, but Al Ahli came back to take the second set with the similar margin 25-23. Dar Kulaib claimed the third set 25-18 and continued their fine form to seal the fourth set 25-21 and victory for a complete sweep of League and Cup titles for 2022/2023 season. His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa presented the Cup and medals to members of the winning team and also honored the runners-up in the closing ceremony.
