The junior’s volunteer efforts extend past her hometown of Arden N.C. and positively impact the Gainesville community.
Hoyle’s Community Service:
Hoyle has been a member of the Gator Experience Program and has donated her time to several organizations within the Gainesville community. Most recently, she participated in Climb for Cancer’s Sports Camp, where she spent time with children who have cancer, have survived cancer, or are a sibling of a cancer patient for a half a day and engaged in an array of activities at three Gator sport facilities.
In addition, the Arden, NC native visits with children that are patients at the UF Shand’s Hospital and participates various activities, such as making cards for Valentine’s Day card to spending quality time with them on Thanksgiving. In addition, through the Gators Read program, she has stopped by various Gainesville elementary school districts to participate in story time activities.
Hoyle has taken part in Tim Tebow’s Night to Shine, which offers those with special needs an unforgettable prom night experience. Night to Shine is something that has held dear to her heart, as she was involved with the event prior to arriving on Florida’s campus.
