FROM HEAD COACH SHANNON WELLS
“I just want to shout out our crowd. I thought that for the day before Thanksgiving and for students being away, we had a great, super loud group that helped give us some home court advantage. I thought Abby [Tadder] really came alive. She has a lot of family in town, and it was great to see her playing at a high level and continue to do the things she does to get us out of tough situations. Lauryn [Bowie] also was somebody that we were able to rely on the last three weeks of practice and for her to have a good day was really great to see as well. We’ll get back to work for a big match on Saturday at Virginia Tech to close out the season.”
